一种新型井下电缆湿式对接装置的研制与应用

Development and Application of a New Downhole Cable Wet Docking Assembly

摘要: 渤海 PL油田多数采油井套管尺寸为Ø177.8mm,由于井眼尺寸限制致使常规分采工艺技术无法实施,而缆控式电泵智能分采工艺作为解决油井分层开发的新技术,同样存在管柱结构限制问题。为此,研制了一种新型井下电缆湿式对接装置。该装置由丢手连接器和电缆对接公头组成,施工时丢手连接器随分层管柱入井后投球液压实现丢手,电缆对接公头在电泵生产管柱携带下依靠管柱作用力与丢手连接器实现湿式对接,对接后满足井下高温、高压和高湿环境下的密封绝缘和供电通信。室内试验及现场应用结果表明,该装置设计合理、对接可靠,成功对接后可保持长期稳定供电与通信,满足该油田Ø177.8mm套管小井径油井的分层开发要求,可为小井径大斜度井及水平井的分层开发提供技术指导。

Abstract:

The production wells of PL oilfield mainly adopt 177.8 millimeters casing, and the restriction of borehole size leads to the failure of conventional separate-layered production process. However, cable-controlled intelligent separate-layered production technology which is a new technology to solve the separate-layered production of production wells, exists the problem of pipe string structure. In view of this, the downhole cable wet docking assembly has been developed. The assembly is composed of release connector and cable docking pin. In operation, the release connector can be released by hydraulic ball after the separate-layered string has been run into well. The cable butt male is carried by the production string of electric pump to realize wet docking with the release connector. After docking, it can meet the requirements of sealing insulation and power supply communication under high temperature, high pressure and high humidity environment underground. The results of indoor test and field application show that the assembly has reasonable design and reliable docking, can maintain long-term power supply and communication and meets separate-layered production requirements of 177.8 millimeters casing small wells in PL oilfield. The study results can provide technology support for separate-layered production of the large inclined well and horizontal well.
